Chef Ruchi Bharani Teaches how to make Hara Bhara Kabab, a very simple and easy to cook quick homemade starter recipe. <br /><br />Ingredients: <br />20 - 25 blanched Spinach Leaves <br />1 cup blanched Fenugreek Leaves <br />1/2 cup Mint Leaves <br />1/2 cup finely chopped French Beans <br />1/2 cup finely chopped Capsicum <br />1/2 cup finely chopped Cabbage <br />1/2 grated Paneer <br />1/2 cup semi crushed boiled Green Peas <br />1 - 1 & 1/2 tsp Ginger Chilli Paste <br />1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder <br />2 - 3 tbsp Cornflour <br />2 - 3 tsp Sugar <br />Salt <br />2 boiled and mashed Potatoes <br />Oil <br /><br />Method: <br />- Heat a tbsp oil in a pan and stir fry the vegetables, capsicum, french beans, cabbage, green peas. <br />- Turn off the flame and let it cool <br />- Meanwhile in a bowl add mashed potato, spinach leaves, fenugreek leaves, mint leaves, ginger chilli paste, cumin seed powder, sugar, paneer, cornflour, salt and the cooled down vegetables and mix everything well. <br />- Make flat round kababs out of the kabab mix dough and deep fry them in medium flame <br />- Fry both the sides till light golden brown and its ready to be served.
